TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Very complex as it opens with cereal grain, corn mash
sweetness, crème brûlée, white pepper spice, minerality.
Palate: A lovely, viscous, almost creamy mouthfeel that dries out
beautifully and revels notes of vanilla, crème brûlée, and toasted
almonds-marzipan, maple syrup on buttered cornbread, caramel
corn, and candied-bitter orange.
Finish: Medium in length with bright acidity, a touch of black
licorice, and a marzipan, caramel corn reminder.
