Our spirits are stored in a licensed, compliant alcohol facility to meet federal and state shipping laws. Because of this, any alcohol you order is shipped directly from that facility. Merchandise such as glasses, apparel, and accessories are fulfilled separately from our shop.

This means you may receive multiple packages — one with your Clear Water spirits, and one with your merch — possibly arriving on different days. Rest assured, everything is handled with care to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

All alcohol sales are final, as required by law. We cannot accept returns on spirits once they have left our facility. Merchandise items (such as apparel or glassware) may be exchanged or refunded only if they arrive damaged or defective.
