At Clear Water Distilling, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to federal and state alcohol laws, all sales of alcohol are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on spirits once they leave our premises or are shipped.
Alcohol Purchases

No returns or refunds are permitted on alcohol products unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details so we can make it right.
Merchandise Purchases

All sales of merchandise (apparel, glassware, accessories, etc.) are final.
